On behalf of Al-Ahliyya Amman University, the Dean of Student Affairs, Dr. Mustafa Al-Attiyat, participated in the twenty-sixth Students’ Exchange Forum which was organized by the Arab Council for Creativity & Students’ Exchange of the Association of Arab Universities. It is worth mentioning that the forum was held under the auspices of His Excellency Prof. Khaled Abdel Ghaffar, the Minister of Higher Education & Scientific Research of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and His Excellency Prof. Omar Ezzat Salameh, the Secretary General of the Association of Arab Universities. More than thirty (30) Arab universities participated, whether in person or by online presence, in the forum which was hosted by Tanta University in the Arab Republic of Egypt during the period from 3-7 / 4/2021. The forum, which is held periodically, aims to create and exchange training opportunities between the various universities of the Arab world; strengthen the bonds of cooperation between these universities; provide the opportunity for Arab students to gain training experiences from different cultures and to familiarize them with the training developments available in the member universities. During the forum, the member universities agreed to create more than 550 training opportunities for this year between universities from different Arab countries, some of which were obtained by Al-Ahliyya Amman University. AAU expressed its willingness to host and train a group of Arab students from the universities of the Arab Republic of Egypt and the Sultanate of Oman, who in turn expressed their readiness to host and train Al-Ahliyya Amman University students in their universities. The AAU’s participation in the works of the Arab Council for Creativity & Students’ Training comes in line with the University’s belief, represented by the Chairman of the AAU Board of Directors, Dr. Maher Al-Hourani, and the AAU President, Prof. Sari Hamdan, in the necessity of increasing cooperation and openness with universities in the Arab world and enhancing the University’s participation in the various councils and committees of the Association of Arab Universities.
