A Delegation from the Indonesian Embassy in Jordan visits Al-Ahliyya Amman University

A delegation from the Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia in Amman, headed by Mr. Mohammad Hartentio, the Head of the Social & Cultural Department, accompanied by a number of the embassy staff, visited Al-Ahliyya Amman University on Thursday 24/11/2022. Vice President for International Relations and Quality Affairs and Director of the Global Engagement Center, Prof. Anas Al-Soud welcomed the delegation, where from his part he discussed the international accreditations and rankings the university has obtained and mentioned the academic programs it offers on BA, MA and Higher Diploma levels. In addition, Prof. Anas and the Global Engagement Center team accompanied the delegation on a campus tour to explore the university’s facilities such as the department of Cosmetic Sciences, the Arena complex, the Fitness Center as well as the department of Hospitality Management and Culinary Arts. It is noteworthy that Al-Ahliyya Amman University is keen on developing the cultural exchange experiences and opportunities for the students to be granted with abroad semesters during their studying journey in various well-established international universities and educational institutes. Such experiences enhance the intercultural skills of the students, expose them to different educational environments and influence their set of interpersonal skills.
